BEAM Methodology: 

• BEAM is a weighted composite score built from 10 article-level metrics, normalised by therapy area and article age
• Benchmarks each article against comparable publications from the same timeframe and therapy area
• Enables a more contextual, like-for-like evaluation of article impact beyond traditional journal-level metrics
• Articles with the highest relative impact achieve a BEAM score of 100
