Account Director - Investment Development Regeneration (IDR)

The Role

Madano’s Investment, Development and Regeneration (IDR) practice advises clients in property and built-environment industries on how to implement external and internal communication strategies to protect and make the most of their brand. We work with asset managers and capital advisory, developers, companies who design and construct buildings, through to those who manage private residential and social housing. Our small and growing team works with some of the UK’s most influential names, offering reputation management and supporting their profile raising and position.

We operate as one team alongside partner sectors, Energy, Transport, Technology and Healthcare and our work is underpinned by evidence-based research and insights from a dedicated team who use data to identify client audiences and their influencers. Working as one integrated consultancy we help clients achieve their ambitions as they shape the environment around us.

The ambitious IDR team is now looking for a capable and proactive Property and Built Environment Account Director to lead client and project campaigns. The right candidate will be part of a practice that has goals to achieve significant growth and be recognised as one of the leading Built Environment communication practices in London delivering integrated communications services.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a practice that thrives on initiative and proactivity to achieve growth and client best practice to build long-lasting relationships. The Person

You will have an understanding of, and passion for, Property and the Built Environment and recognise its impact on society and the value it can deliver at each stage of the programme lifecycle.

You will be an exceptional client lead who understands, and can anticipate, client demands and be proactive in approach to campaign delivery and account management and will thrive on delivering creative and high quality strategy and content within the property sphere.

You will have good contacts and be a keen networker, sharing the responsibility alongside the wider IDR team to introduce new leads and bring in new clients.
