DEI has a strong voice and place within the everyday running of Madano. A committee, led by employees from all practices, meets fortnightly to discuss how we can educate, engage and celebrate not only those from within Madano, but from our wider communities. From thought leadership through to allyship within underrepresented groups, we do what we can, where we can, when we can.

Supporting these efforts is our Global DEI committee, which is hosted by our parent company in Canada and has representatives from each brand within the AVENIR GLOBAL network. These structures provide us with the knowledge, momentum and backing to really make a difference.
