Our Orange Paper aimed to develop an omnichannel strategy that prioritises user-centric communication in healthcare, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in a crowded digital landscape.

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the shift from in-person to digital interactions in healthcare, transforming digital delivery from a temporary fix to a long-term solution. This rapid change has led to a noisy market, complicating the task of meeting end-user needs.

The creative concept within the Orange Paper centred around the use of a simple speech bubble, symbolising communication. We explored innovative ways to utilise this element, transforming it into a ferris wheel to represent interconnectedness and continuous engagement. Additionally, we depicted it as a wrecking ball, illustrating its power to cut through the noise and deliver clear, impactful messages.
