Who we are looking for in a Digital Strategist
Digital is always changing and with the growth of our team we’re looking for a technical, thoughtful, and curious leader to help shape the future of Madano and our clients. Innovation is key in helping drive client programmes and initiatives to expand our service offer, and tell client stories creatively, engaging online audiences.
Working with Kelvin, Madano’s Head of Digital and the rest of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, strategically setting the direction and understand how we can grow accounts and projects. We have a growing team, and you will also help upskill our digital consultants and enhance our impressive service offering. We’re looking for someone who has experience and ability to oversee and deliver projects from start to finish, a track record in business development, and a background in one if not all of SEO, SEM and/or social media (paid or organic).
Creating highly engaging content for our clients, we maximise its exposure in front of target audiences. You will play a leading role in managing clients’ digital programmes that span social media (paid and organic), email marketing, lead generation, content, SEM and SEO.
What you’ll already have
- Consultancy/Agency experience preferred (circa 5 years)
- Digital background - i.e., running programmes across either Search or Social
- An entrepreneurial and inquisitive mind
- Experience in managing digital projects
- Strong project manager and comfortable in front of clients
- Proven leadership of people
- Experience in business development and/or growing teams
- Similar digital experience in but not limited to our focus sectors (energy, tech, healthcare)
- Clear passion for digital communications and wanting to grow our team
